Online Ordering Guide

We’ve designed our website to make it quick and simple for you to place an order in FIVE (5) easy steps. 

After you’ve found the item, you would like to order, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below.

 1) Select your product and choose your preferences

On the product information page, fill out the order form, select the gift wrap option and whether or not you want to add a gift card, input your “Card Message” if the option was selected, select the Occasion, Gender, Filler stone colour if applicable and fill out any “Special Requests” you may have in the order comments. Select the quantity. Once you have filled out the fields, click Add to Cart. Your gift choice will be stored in your shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing, view your cart or proceed to checkout.

2) Proceed to checkout
When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Bag at the top right corner of the page. Here you can review the item/s and make changes and updates. Then you select proceed to checkout. If you are a new shopper, just continue to fill in the details. You can opt to have an account automatically created by selecting the check box.

3) Provide your billing information
You will be asked for your billing information. All the information for the person placing the order should be filled out here.

4) Provide recipient delivery information
You will be asked for the recipient’s delivery information (If different from the billing address), once completed you now select the delivery date where applicable.

5) Review your order and submit payment
Review the details of your order, and click the method you choose to pay by. Bank Transfer (NCB), Credit or Debit Card via point-of-sale machine (only available for Kingston, Portmore, and curbside pick-up deliveries), or charging your card online via First Global Bank WiPay payment gateway. Click the “Proceed to Payment” button and follow the instructions given. Once processed your order will be received by us and you will receive an order confirmation.

Save your confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated during the ordering process. Please save this e-mail for future reference as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Gift in a Pot is unable to cancel or change orders already en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually, cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call 876-314-8039. For other changes, email us at [email protected] and quote your order number in the subject line.
