Delivery Policy

Every Gift in a Pot gift arrangement is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Holidays. Additional processing time may be required during sale, promotional, or peak periods due to above-average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders and communicate any changes by email or phone call.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of plant/flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme, and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Time
We try our very best to deliver as per your request however, we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery. Orders placed in the morning for same-day delivery would be scheduled for delivery in the afternoon to evening. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Express Same Day delivery – In-town and nearby areas Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine
Most of our products can be delivered on the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 pm, Monday – Friday, and before 12:30 pm on Saturdays for deliveries in Kingston St. Andrew and St. Catherine areas. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following business day.

Standard Next day delivery – Areas outside of Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine
All other parishes, orders are delivered the next business day after your order and payment confirmation is received except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking
You will receive a confirmation and tracking info as soon as the package has been handed over to the courier. You can track your package while en route and receive live tracking data on your order.  If you have any queries concerning the status of your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] or 876-314-8039.

Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your plant arrangement, please note them in the order comments instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the courier attempts a delivery, they will either:
• Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
• Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the courier to schedule a delivery time
• Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
• Reattempt deliveries will come at an additional cost and can only be waived by management discretion.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur with our third-party shippers. Third-party shippers are used for any deliveries outside of Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine. If there are any delays and we are alerted we will contact you via email to keep you informed.
